Today is a late post because the internet service was down since yesterday 2pm and service was only resumed at around 10 am. This was due to a fire at SingTel building which disrupted internet services islandwide. Even my mobile phone Wifi was unstable ...sigh :( I could only read mail, off and on ....
OK, back to today's post. Baked this chiffon cake with soy milk and almond meal. The recipe was given to me by my blogger friend Joceline and I had made some adjustments to it. This is a soft and cottony cake with some sprinklings of black sesame seeds. Definitely a keeper cake.
