These chocolate molten cakes are simply perfect, soft and moist ….. mmmm. I just don’t know how to describe them, they’re simply awesome! They’re very easy to make and only takes 8 minutes to bake in my new oven. I must thank Ming Fung for sharing this good recipe that she posted last Friday and the recipe originated from Terri of A Daily Obsession. These small cakes are best to serve straight from the oven with the hot lava just oozing out from the cakes. Once cooled, the chocolate will set but nonetheless the cakes still taste good. So soft and yummy with every bite. A keeper recipe that I definitely be making them again for sure. ♥♥♥
Chocolate Molten Cakes 巧克力岩浆蛋糕

Serves: 4 ramekins
Ingredients
- 175g Valrhona chocolate (66%) or bitter sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
- 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
- 25g Unsalted butter
- 25g Fine sugar
- 25g Plain flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Get ready and grease 4 small ramekin cups.
- Cream butter and sugar together till light and fluffy.
- Add the beaten eggs gradually, beating all the time, then add the vanilla extract and salt, mix well. Sieve in the flour, fold well with a rubber spatula followed by the melted chocolate, fold well again.
- Divide among cups.
- Bake for 8 to 10 mins for 4 small ramekins or in muffin pan. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice-cream or just plain.

巧克力岩浆蛋糕
材料:
- 175克 苦甜巧克力,融化,待用
- 2粒 全蛋,打散
- 25克 无盐牛油
- 25克 细糖
- 25克 低筋面粉
- 1茶匙 Vanilla 香精
- 适量盐
做法:
- 将4个迷你蛋糕瓷碗涂油,备用。
- 牛油和细糖用打蛋器搅均匀。
- 慢慢加入蛋液,不停的搅拌;加入vanilla香精和盐,搅匀。
- 加入过筛面粉和盐,用橡胶刮刀拌匀,倒入融化巧克力拌匀即可。
- 将面糊倒入准备好瓷瓦碗中。
- 放入预热烤箱以200度烤8-10分钟。(视个别烤箱而定)。
- 这岩浆蛋糕真的很棒!喜欢那浓郁香味的巧克力液体从蛋糕里爆出来就像岩浆一样。
- **要趁热吃,蛋糕内才会流出巧克力酱,凉了就凝固了 (不过蛋糕凉了还是很好吃。。。)。
