Hello friends, what to you do when you’re tired or busy but wanted to prepare a quick snack for your loved ones to enjoy? I love apple pie or tart but just too lazy to make the filling. So here is a very simple method to make these apple tarts and you’ll get the fresh and hot tarts out of the oven in just about 20 minutes. Just remember that you must choose apples that are very crunchy and firm so that you can still feel a little bit of crisp of the sliced apples after baked. You may also add a dallop of vanilla ice cream to go with the warm apple tart if you like.

- Cut frozen puff pastry to require size and place on baking sheet.
- Prick holes in pastry with a fork. Dust some flour on the pastry if you find them sticky.
- Overlap apple slices neatly on top of the puff pastry.
- Sprinkle a little cinnamon powder, coarse sugar and raisins over the apples.
- Preheat oven at 200 degrees C f and bake for about 20 minutes or until the pastry turns golden and inflates.

简易苹果派
材料:
- 冷冻酥皮5片,在冰箱冷藏室下层解冻
- 中筋面粉适量
- 青苹果一个,去核,切成4毫米厚片
- 红苹果一个,去核,切成4毫米厚片
- 肉桂粉1/4茶匙
- 粗糖1汤匙
- 加州葡萄干10克
做法:
- 将酥皮切成所需要的形状,铺放在烘焙纸上。
- 用叉子在酥皮上叉一些小孔。如果感觉酥皮太黏的话;可撒上少许面粉。
- 将苹果片片叠地摆放在酥皮上。
- 然后在苹果表面撒上少许肉桂粉,粗糖及葡萄干。
- 烤箱预热至摄氏200度,烘烤越20分钟直到酥皮整体变金黄色和膨胀。
