Fish Balls Soup 鱼圆汤

Ingredients:
1.5L Chicken stock
200-250g Chinese cabbage – shredded
10 pcs Fish Balls or Meat Balls
1/2 tsp Chicken powder (no MSG added)
salt to taste and some chopped spring onion

Method:

  • Boil chicken stock with Chinese cabbage for about 20-30 minutes at medium heat then add fish balls or meat balls. Boil till fish balls float, add chicken powder and salt. Stir well and off heat.
  • Sprinkle some chopped spring onion on soup and serve immediately.
I used chicken stock from Drunken Chicken to make this Fish Balls soup.
