Green Apple Konnyaku Jelly
- Ingredients:
1 pkt Konnyaku jelly powder
100g Sugar
700g Water
250g Apple Green flavoured syrup

Mix sugar and konnyaku jelly powder together, mix well.

Pour mixture into pot of 700g water.

Switch on fire at medium and keep stirring water till boil.

Continue to stir for another 5 mins and add in apple green flavoured syrup.

Off fire and keep stirring for another 5 mins.

Pour konnyaku solution into mould and let it set in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Red Plum Konnyaku Jelly
- Ingredients:
1 pkt Konnyaku jelly powder
80g Sugar
750g Water
200g Red Plum juice
- Method same as Apple Green Konnyaku Jelly
