Light Meal – Fish with Wasabi Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
1/2 tbsp Wasabi paste
50g Mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
3~5 tbsp Water
  • Combine mayonnaise, wasabi and lemon juice in a small bowl. Blend well and add water, mix well. Cut some chopped fresh coriander or dill in it. Set aside.
4 pcs Salmon steak (800g)
Some BabyButterhead and Mixed Vegetables
Fried Eggs (optional)
Method:
  • Sprinkle some salt and pepper on salmon steak.
  • Add little oil on non-stick pan, pan fry salmon steak till just cooked.
  • Place cooked salmon steak with baby butterhead and mixed vegetables on serving plate.
  • Serve with wasabi mayonnaise.
Kitchen note: Can use wasabi mayonnaise as dipping sauce on any finger food.
