I just love wasabi with fish….the two go together so well!
I also like Hollandaise sauce 🙂
My girl just reminded me a few days ago to bake her a salmon fillet served with Hollandaise sauce and baked potatoes which is her favourite… simple and yummy !
Slywia: I bought the wasabi in tube so its not easily goes bad. Just make the portion you need for one meal, that's good enough.
Rachel: Thanks 🙂 Besides using Salmon Steak you can also use White fish. This can be done within 30 minutes.
Look at your light meal and make me re-call the Salmon Steak i had last weekend in a restaurant, that Salmon Steak is a real disappointed meal for me. Yours is far far more better than the one i had in the restaurant. ^_^ I got to try this out 1 day at home..hehe
Love the wasabi mayonnaise, but I generally buy it pre-made. Thanks for posting the recipe, we never get through the entire jar before it goes bad. As always Anncoo, it's a great meal!
