Ingredients:
500g Russet potatoes
1 tsp Olive oil
40g Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Mustard fine powder
1 slice Ham – cut into thin strips
1/2 Japanese cucumber – seeded and thinly sliced
some Baby Butter Head
3 or 4 Snail Chicken Sausages – pan fry or grill
Method:

Wash and peel potatoes and cut into half, put potatoes into a corning ware pot with water and some salt. Put pot in microwave and cook potatoes till soft. Drain water and mash .

When potatoes are still hot, mix in olive oil, butter, salt and mustard fine powder with some pepper.

Leave to cool and mix in ham and cucumber.

Garnish with baby butter head, some cherry tomatoes as desired.
