Light Meal – Potato Salad with Snail Chicken Sausage

Ingredients:

500g Russet potatoes
1 tsp Olive oil
40g Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Mustard fine powder
1 slice Ham – cut into thin strips
1/2 Japanese cucumber – seeded and thinly sliced
some Baby Butter Head
3 or 4 Snail Chicken Sausages – pan fry or grill
