- Wash and peel potatoes and cut into half, put potatoes into a corning ware pot with water and some salt. Put pot in microwave and cook potatoes till soft. Drain water and mash .
- When potatoes are still hot, mix in olive oil, butter, salt and mustard fine powder with some pepper.
- Leave to cool and mix in ham and cucumber.
- Garnish with baby butter head, some cherry tomatoes as desired.
