A very welcome cooling dessert for everyone after meal.
- Ingredients:
1 packet + 1 tsp Agar agar powder
1 tbsp + 1 tsp Gelatine powder – In a small bowl, soak gelatine with some water from 1800ml
1800ml Water
320g Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Almond flavour
400ml Fresh milk
3 cans Logan
Method:

In a large pot, add water, sugar and agar agar powder together and bring water to almost boil. Put in the soaked gelatine powder, continue to stir with a hand whisk until gelatine dissolved and boiled.

Add almond flavor and stir well.

Switch off fire, and pour in fresh milk, stir well for another 5 minutes.

Pour liquid into desired mould and let it set in refrigerator.

Mix tofu with logan together and ready to serve.
