250g Chicken thigh (without skin) – cut strips
season with: 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp corn flour, 2 tbsp water and 1/2 tbsp corn oil. Marinate for at least one hour.
1 small Cucumber – slice thinly
1 small Carrot – slice thinly
100g Bean sprout – wash and blanch in boiling water, drain
1 tbsp Wakame (Dried seaweed) – soak till soft in water and drain
3 Sunny-side up eggs
Some nori seaweed
- In a non-stick pan, add some oil and 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic, saute awhile and put in chicken strips – stir fry till cook.
- Sprinkle some toasted sesame seed and mix well.
- Put rice on bottom of a large bowl (I used plate instead), add vegetables and cooked chicken in sections. Then place sunny-side up egg on top with chilli pepper paste (click here) at the side.
To EAT: Stir all ingredients together thoroughly and Enjoy Eating!
