250g Cream cheese
3 Egg yolks
3 Egg whites
60g Whipping cream mix with 2 tsp chocolate paste
1 tsp Vanilla essence
3 tbsp Melted Chocolate
125g semi sweet chocolate, chop to pieces
90g Dairy whipping cream
Pleace chopped chocolate and butter in a bowl.
Boil whipping cream and pour into chocolate, stir to smooth.
- Cream the cheese with 30g sugar and slowly pour in whipping cream, vanilla essence and beat at medium speed till smooth.
- Add in egg yolks one at a time till mixture combined, then add 3 tbsp melted chocolate in it, mix well and transfer into a large bowl.
- Whisk the egg white with sugar till peak form and use a spatula to fold egg white to the cheese mixture and pour into the prepared cake tin.
Steam bake at 160C for about 50 mins.Leave to cool and spread chocolate ganache on top of cheese cake.
