Matcha Brazilian Cheese Bread (Pão de Queijo) is a gluten free and popular snack in Brazil. The main flour ingredient is tapioca flour (cassava flour). It’s usually baked in a small tin or muffin pan and quick to make by placing all the ingredients into a blender for one to two minutes to fine, then bake for about 20 minutes in the oven. Brazilian Cheese Bread it’s usually made plain look, which is chewy and elastic and crusty bite on the outside but you may like to add some cocoa powder or matcha powder to give a better flavour.

Matcha Brazilian Cheese Bread

Chewy and elastic and crusty bite on the outside. The main flour ingredient is tapioca flour (cassava flour). It's usually baked in a small tin or muffin pan for about 20 minutes in the oven.

Ingredients
 

  • 240 g tapioca flour (starch)
  • 10 g matcha powder
  • 45 g caster sugar
  • 80 g corn oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g grated mozzarella cheese
  • 180 g fresh milk

Instructions
 

  • Grease muffin pan with oil and set aside.
  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend well to fine.
  • Strain mixture and pour into muffin pan to 80 percent full.
  • hen place muffin in the preheated oven at 200 degrees C and bake for 20 minutes.

  • Please keep in mind that all oven temperatures and baking time varies.

  1. 玛芬盘内抹上油,备用.
  2. 将所有材料放入料理机里, 搅打均匀至细腻顺滑.
  3. 过滤液体, 然后倒进玛芬盘至8分满.
  4. 玛芬盘送进预热烤箱摄氏200C烤约20分钟左右即可.
  • 烤箱温度和烘烤时间务必根据自家烤箱来定
