Milk Tea Pudding 奶茶布丁

This is a soft melts-in-your mouth sweet Milk Tea Pudding pudding. It’s packed with milk tea flavour and the plus point is the caramel syrup added on top gives a rich aroma to the pudding. If you’re a tea lover, it’s your choice to use any brand of English tea on hand.  You can also make this easy dessert in a day or two advance and serve this delicious treat at the end of the meal.

Milk Tea Pudding

This is a soft melts-in-your mouth sweet Milk Tea Pudding pudding. It's packed with milk tea flavor and the plus point is the caramel syrup added on top gives a rich aroma to the pudding.

Ingredients
 

  • 8 bags Earl Grey Tea
  • 450 g water
  • 10 g gelatin leaf
  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 70 g fresh milk
  • 180 g diary whipping cream

Instructions
 

  • Soak tea bags into 450g hot boiled water and let steep for about 10 minutes.
  • Soak gelatin leaf in ice water till soft for about 5-8 minutes.
  • Remove tea bags. heat up water again at medium heat, add sugar and gelatin leaf (squeeze out water), stir well till sugar and gelatin leaf dissolved, off heat.
  • Pour in milk and whipping cream, stir mixture well and pass through a sieve.
  • Pour milk tea into serving cups and chill in the refrigerator to set for at least 3 hours.
  • Add some caramel syrup on top of milk tea pudding before serving.

Notes

The caramel syrup is quite sweet, so add the syrup to your taste.

奶茶布丁 Milk Tea Pudding
口感顺滑细腻的布丁, 焦糖香气撞上红茶的纯厚, 是一道非常好吃的饭后甜品!
材料:
  • 8包 伯爵茶
  • 450克 水
  • 10克 吉利丁片
  • 50克 细砂糖
  • 70克 牛奶
  • 180克 动物性谈奶油
做法:
  1. 将茶包放入450克热开水浸泡10分钟.
  2. 吉利丁片浸泡在冰水里约5-8分钟至软.
  3. 取出茶包, 中火加热, 放入砂糖和吉利丁片(要挤出多余的水分). 搅拌至砂糖和吉利丁片融化,熄火.
  4. 然后倒入牛奶和谈奶油, 再搅拌均匀,过滤即可.
  5. 将奶茶倒入杯中, 放入冰箱冷藏3小时至凝固.
  6. 享用前,倒入适量的焦糖糖浆即可.
温馨提醒: 糖浆蛮甜的, 放适量就好.
