Soya Milk Pudding

I really love this Soya Milk Pudding. This is so silky smooth and soft like tofu. Mmm…. really good and refreshing to enjoy this dessert under hot weather here.

Ingredients:
1 Litre Soya milk (I used reduced sugar soya milk)
250ml Fresh milk
70-80g Sugar
2 tsp Agar agar powder
  • Mix all ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil at medium heat.
  • Keep stirring during the process so that it will not be burnt.
  • Remove from heat, pour pudding liquid into molds or cups.
  • Leave to cool at room temperature and refrigerate it for at least 4 hours before serve.
Eat it as it is
or serve Logan with syrup
