Soya Milk Pudding
I really love this Soya Milk Pudding. This is so silky smooth and soft like tofu. Mmm…. really good and refreshing to enjoy this dessert under hot weather here.

Ingredients:
1 Litre Soya milk (I used reduced sugar soya milk)
250ml Fresh milk
70-80g Sugar
2 tsp Agar agar powder
- Mix all ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil at medium heat.
- Keep stirring during the process so that it will not be burnt.
- Remove from heat, pour pudding liquid into molds or cups.
- Leave to cool at room temperature and refrigerate it for at least 4 hours before serve.

Eat it as it is

or serve Logan with syrup

Hi Anncoo,
Thanks! Will try the durian moose and keep u posted of the outcome.
Emily 🙂
Emily,
So glad you have succeeded this time 🙂
Gelatin leaves is available at PH or Sunlik. I think 10-12g of gelatin powder is enough.
Hi Anncoo,
I have succeeded…Hooray! made yesterday night, this morning wake up to the lovely puddings. Thank you for your kind advise.
By the way, do u know where to get gelatin leaves, I have chance upon the durian mosse receipe by Kitchen Corner- very tempted to try, thought of replacing the gelatin leave with the gelatin powder, any advise, how much gelatin powder to be used.
Thanks!
Emily
Hi Anncoo,
Thanks for your immediate response. Will try again tonight. Keep you posted of my end result. Keep my finger cross :p
Emily
I just throw everything in the pot and on at medium heat. When boiling agar agar liquid the secret tip is to keep stirring the liquid until boil and continue to stir for another few minutes after off heat.
Hi, the first time i made – successful. My 2nd and 3rd try- failed..dun know what happen. how long do u need to cook over the stove, and at what point of time u add in the agar agar. for me i used reduced sugar soya milk + hi-low milk. i add in the agar agar powder only it is heated up and continue to boil. i think the whole process is less than 1/2 an hour. anything wrong with my process? Hope to hear from u soon- wanted to give another try tonight…
Emily 🙁
