This is my grandma’s recipe and it is a healthly dish and easy to prepare. Most kids love it!
Ingredients:
300g Fish paste
2 stalks Coriander leaves (20g) – use the leaves only – cut finely
2-3 stalks Spring onion (25g) – cut finely
1 tube Silken tofu
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Sesame oil
1/2 tbsp Oyster sauce – to be added last
Method:

Grease the bowl with some corn oil

Use fork to mash the fish paste in the greased bowl.

Add in all the seasoning except oyster sauce and mix well.

Continue to use fork to mash tofu into fish paste, mix well and add oyster sauce.

Taste the fish paste by using finger tip, if it is not salty enough, add in about 1-2 tsp light soya sauce.

Lastly put in coriander leaves and spring onion together into the fish paste, mix well.

Steam for 20 mins at high fire.
note: if the fish paste is a little dry, add in 1 tbsp of water.
