This is truly a delightful and refreshing Watermelon Jelly which is very easy to prepare. I used konnyaku powder and fresh lime juice to make this jelly. Is one perfect cool dessert which can be served at any time of the day, more so in our hot weather here.
Watermelon Jelly 西瓜果冻

Ingredients
- 900ml Fresh watermelon juice, seedless
- 100ml Water
- 1 pkt Konnyaku jelly powder, 10g
- 150g Sugar or to taste
- 4 tbsp Fresh squeezed lime juice
Instructions
- Combine konnyaku powder and sugar together, mix well.
- In a pot, add watermelon juice and water together and pour the konnyaku mixture into it.
- Stir liquid till boil under medium heat. Add lime juice and continue to stir for another 2 minutes, total for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir well again。Pour watermelon liquid into desired moulds and chill jellies to set for 2-3 hours before serving.

西瓜果冻
材料:
- 900毫升 鲜榨西瓜汁, 无籽
- 100毫升 水
- 1包 果冻粉 (10克)
- 150克 白糖 或适量
- 4汤匙 鲜榨酸酐汁
材料:
- 先将果冻粉和白糖混合均匀。
- 将西瓜汁和水倒入一个锅子里,加入拌好的果冻粉和糖。
- 以中火不停的搅拌致滚。加入酸酐汁,继续搅拌约2分钟。总共约5分钟。
- 熄火,再搅拌几下。然后将西瓜果冻液倒入自己喜欢的模子内。放入冰箱待凝固约2-3小时即可享用。
