Baked Banana Custard

It’s absolutely a good idea to bake this banana custard in an air fryer. With only 4 ingredients (no flour or sugar added), you’ll be surprised how this easy baked banana custard turns out after baking. The texture is creamy and smooth with a little crisp of the almond flakes and the sourness of dried cranberries. Definitely a simple but yummy healthy delicious dessert idea to serve at anytime of the day, and is also very suitable for a toddler to enjoy.

Baked Banana Custard

A simple but yummy healthy dessert idea to serve at anytime of the day, and is also very suitable for a toddler to enjoy.

Equipment

  • Air fryer

Ingredients
 

  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml fresh milk
  • 2 bananas
  • almond flakes & dried cranberries or raisins

Instructions
 

  • Crack eggs into cup and add 150ml fresh milk. Stir gently egg mixture till combined and pass through a sieve, set aside.
  • Peel bananas and slice to about 1cm thickness and place into 4 foil cups, fill it up with egg mixture to 90 percent full. Then top with some almond flakes and dried cranberries.
  • Place foil cups in the air fryer and set temperature at 160 degrees C. Baked for 18 minutes.
  • Best to serve warm.

  • 用空气炸锅也能烤出软糯香滑,做法简单的香蕉蛋奶,好吃不腻,很受一家大小的喜欢~~
  • 材料:
  • 2个 鸡蛋 (用65克全鸡蛋)
  • 150毫升 牛奶
  • 2条 香蕉
  • 杏仁片和蔓越莓干或葡萄干,撒面

做法:

  1. 杯中打入鸡蛋和150毫升牛奶。轻轻的搅拌均匀,然后过滤备用。
  2. 香蕉去皮切片,约1cm厚度,放入4个锡纸碗中,倒入蛋液约90分满。最后撒上杏仁片和蔓越莓干即可。
  3. 然后放进空气炸锅160度烤18分钟。
  4. 最好温热的时候享用。
