This Baked Egg Toast is almost the same as the Bread & Butter Pudding that I made and shared with you before (recipe here). It has a crusty top and fragrant custard texture after baking in an air fryer for 20 minutes. Definitely a comfort dessert to make for your family to enjoy for morning breakfast or afternoon tea.

Baked Egg Toast

A comfort dessert for your family to enjoy for morning breakfast or afternoon tea at home.

Equipment

  • Air fryer

Ingredients
 

  • 5 slices white bread
  • 3 large eggs
  • 250 g fresh milk
  • 1.5 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Trim off crust and cut bread into smaller pieces. Grease some butter in foil cups or ramekins, then place bread pieces into it.
  • Stir eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla together till sugar dissolved.
  • Pour egg mixture over bread pieces with some raisins on top.
  • Bake at 160 degrees C for 20 mins. Enjoy!

  • 5片 土司 (白面包)
  • 3个 大鸡蛋
  • 250克 牛奶
  • 1.5汤匙 细砂糖
  • 1/2茶匙 香草香精
  1. 面包4边切除, 然后切小. 锡纸碗或烤皿中抹上少许牛油, 然后放入面包, 备用.
  2. 鸡蛋,牛奶, 砂糖及香精搅拌均匀至细糖融化.
  3. 将调好的蛋奶液淋在土司上, 加上少许葡萄干即可.
  4. 然后放进空气炸锅160度烤20分钟即可享用.
