Baked Egg Toast 土司烤蛋奶
This Baked Egg Toast is almost the same as the Bread & Butter Pudding that I made and shared with you before (recipe here). It has a crusty top and fragrant custard texture after baking in an air fryer for 20 minutes. Definitely a comfort dessert to make for your family to enjoy for morning breakfast or afternoon tea.

Baked Egg Toast
Equipment
- Air fryer
Ingredients
- 5 slices white bread
- 3 large eggs
- 250 g fresh milk
- 1.5 tbsp caster sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Trim off crust and cut bread into smaller pieces. Grease some butter in foil cups or ramekins, then place bread pieces into it.
- Stir eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla together till sugar dissolved.
- Pour egg mixture over bread pieces with some raisins on top.
- Bake at 160 degrees C for 20 mins. Enjoy!
- 土司烤蛋奶
- 外酥里软, 奶香绵密. 放进空气炸锅烤20分钟后即可享用.
- 材料:
- 5片 土司 (白面包)
- 3个 大鸡蛋
- 250克 牛奶
- 1.5汤匙 细砂糖
- 1/2茶匙 香草香精
- 做法:
- 面包4边切除, 然后切小. 锡纸碗或烤皿中抹上少许牛油, 然后放入面包, 备用.
- 鸡蛋,牛奶, 砂糖及香精搅拌均匀至细糖融化.
- 将调好的蛋奶液淋在土司上, 加上少许葡萄干即可.
- 然后放进空气炸锅160度烤20分钟即可享用.
