300g Grass jelly (unsweetened) – cut cubes
(A) Ingredients:
1000ml Barley water
220g Sugar
4 pcs Pandan leaves
1pkt Agar agar powder
In a pot, mix 1000ml barley water together and boil, keep stirring for about 5-7 mins at low fire. Switch off fire and add in 150ml milk (add a little white colouring), stir for another few mins and pour into 10″ square tray to let it set. Cut to cubes.
note: Boil 150g raw barley with 2000ml water to get the barley water.
(B) Ingredients:
1200ml Water
220g Sugar
1pkt Agar agar powder (+ 1 tsp)
4 pcs Pandan leaves
Mix all the (B) ingredients together and boil, keep stirring for about 5-7 mins at low fire.

Combine the grass jelly and (A) ingredients. Put a little (B) syrup into mould.
- Add the mixed grass jelly in it.

Lastly pour (B) syrup in it. Use fork to stir lightly and let it set.
