My fruits have been sitting in my fridge for quite a while and in order to make way for fresh supply, I’ll have to clear the ‘old stock’ first. So they end up in this wonderfully refreshing and healthy Blueberry Orange Smoothie which I made over the weekend. It was all ready within few minutes. This icy smoothie will help to cool down your body temperature especially on a hot day.
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup Fresh milk
- Orange segment from 3 oranges
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Method:
- Place in a blender, add blueberries, honey, fresh milk and ice cubes. Puree until thick and smooth, serve immediately.
- 蓝莓鲜橙冰沙
- 才料:
- 1 杯 鲜牛奶
- 3 粒 鲜橙果肉
- 1/2 杯 蓝莓
- 2 汤匙 蜜糖
- 1/2 杯 冰块
- 做法:
- 将所有才料放入搅拌器中,以快速度把所有才料打成泥状即可享用。
**健康清爽的蓝莓鲜橙冰沙含有丰富的维生素,是最解暑的饮料。
