This cheesy potato is very easy to make especially for a busy cook. You can make them just with cheddar cheese and potatoes or add some broccoli, ham and shredded onion for extra bite. It only takes about 15-20 minutes to bake this yummy cheesy potato in ramekin as individual serving or in casserole as a side dish.
Cheesy Potato 乳酪马铃薯泥

Serves: 3 ramekins
Ingredients
- 400-450g Potato, skinned, cooked and mashed
- 30g Butter, softened
- 80g Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp Plain flour
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 tsp Salt, or to taste
- 1 Egg, lightly beaten
- extra grated cheddar cheese for topping
Instructions
- Mash cooked hot potato and butter with a fork.
- Combine mashed potato, cheese, sifted flour, corn flour and egg in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir with a rubber spatula until mixture combined and spoon equally into 2-3 ramekins. Sprinkle more grated cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake at preheated oven 180C for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and serve immediately.

- 80克 车打芝,磨成细条
- 1汤匙 面粉
- 1汤匙 玉米粉
- 1茶匙 盐或适量
- 1个 全蛋,打散
- 适量的车打芝铺在表层上
做法:
- 用叉把煮熟的热马铃薯和牛油一起压成泥。
- 加入车打芝,过筛面粉,玉米粉和鸡蛋放入一个大碗中。撒入适量的盐和胡椒粉,用橡胶刮刀拌均匀。平均分配到2-3烤皿中,抹平表层撒上车打芝细条。
- 放进预热烤箱以180度烤约15-20分钟或表层烤到金黄色即可享用。
