Christmas Giveaway 2014
Dear All, Christmas is approaching in another 3 weeks which means that 2014 is coming to an end soon. How time flies! I want to say thank you very much for your great support to my blog, Anncoo Journal all this while. To show my appreciation, I’m giving away 4 of this seashell baking moulds together with a cute pair of mini wooden fork and spoon as Christmas gifts to anyone worldwide.

What a beautiful Christmas giveaway! Well, I have tried your Oat and Pear bread (https://www.anncoojournal.com/2014/06/oat-and-pear-bread.html) and I just love it as it's easy and simple to make. Besides, I can add any fruits I like. It's hassle free too and no long hours of proofing is required. For this recipe I add apples and they are yummylicious! Like the recipe of your Hokkaido Chiffon Cupcake. As I am not familiar with Japanese baking, this seems like a good introduction to try out Japanese Cake. It looks soft & fluffy.

I have tried easy egg muffins for breakfast, Crispy cornflake cookies, Rolled Oat Biscuits & making the beer like jelly tomorrow. I only learnt of you/your page not long ago as I am quite new to Food Bloggers. Ann Sifu, Last time i use to goggle recipe from website and found yours recipe. Last year i was so lucky my ex-colleage tag me into baking group n found you in fb. I am not expert baker stil n learn like tortise ..lol I had try jelly mooncake, green tea chiffon cake, puffy pastry almond biscuits, matcha pudding n yoburt blueberry cake etc. Can't try all recipe due to work n space limted at kitchen.
