Ingredients:
2 Eggs
25g Fresh milk
15g Sugar
1/2 tbsp Honey
1/2 tsp SP
70g Optima flour
20g Plain flour
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1 1/2 tsp Green tea powder
a drop green colouring
1/4 tsp Jasmine tea flavour
25g Melted Butter
Method:

Beat all the ingredients together until thick and fluffy at high speed.

Then add in green tea powder, a drop of green colouring and 1/4 tsp Jasmine tea flavour.

Lastly add in melted butter and mix well with a hand whisk.

Pour into a 7″ cake lined tin and bake at pre-heated oven 170C for 25-30mins.
