Ingredients:
13g Gelatine powder
110g Sugar
1 tsp Green tea powder
12 Fresh mint leaves
500ml Water
5 tsp Lemon or Lime juice
Method:
- Soak gelatine powder with 2 tbsp water and let stand until absorbed.
- In a bowl, combine sugar and green tea powder, stir in 2 tbsp water~mix well and set aside.
- In a pot, bring 500ml water to boil and add in gelatine, stir till gelatine dissolved. Off flame and throw in the mint leaves, let stand for about 3 minutes and discard mint.
- Add mint flavoured water and lemon juice to green tea mixture, stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Then pour into cups and chill until set.
