Ingredients:
500g Medium prawns – shelled and deviened
15 pcs Boiled quail eggs
1 tbsp Pounded chillies (use 2 large chillies)
3 pip Garlic – sliced
5 shallots – sliced
1 Large red chilli – sliced
1 Large green chilli – sliced
2 slices Galangal (Blue ginger)
100g Thick coconut milk with 100g water – mix together
1/2 tbsp Sugar
3/4 tsp Salt
Method:

Add about 2 tbsp oil, saute galangal, garlic, shallots and pounded chillies till aromatic.

Add in prawns and saute till colour changes. Then add quail eggs and coconut milk.

Let it boil and add in salt and sugar.

Lastly add in Red and Green chillies and cook for about another few minutes and serve.
Kitchen note: can use fish ball to substitue quail eggs. Add more chillies if prefer more spicy
