Looks delicious!
Cooking-Gallery, SIS n Murasaki:
Thank you. Hope you enjoy coming to my blog:D
Been consuming more prawn than usual here. My partner's new job helps. We can be a bit more liberal with spending. 🙂
Your creation looks delicious. 🙂
Looks great!!!
This dish looks very appetising, unfortunately prawns are quite expensive here. I always have a stock of prawns, but I normally use them to make prawn tempura for my sushi nights…But I will nevertheless try this dish one day!
Ya, I agree. That's why I use it cook with fishball.
Both prawn and quail egg are very high in cholestrol, dont think I got a chance to cook this as my hubby will not eat this, too bad huh…
me too:D Thanks for visiting.
I like this! I also agree that use fish ball rather then quail eggs.
Joyce, Ashley : Thanks, anyway you can also cook this without the galangal.
Burpandslurp: Oh! so sad:(
Oh I ADORE quail eggs! I used to have it alot in Singapore, but now it's rather hard to find here in the States.
fish ball and prawn are my favourite…. yummy!!!
This sounds and looks like a dish I would love to eat all the time.

I prefer to use fish ball because is more healthy. Just because yesterday I did not go to wet market to buy the fresh fish ball that's why I stick back to the recipe.
I like prawn but seldom cook it at home, because i am not good in cooking seafood actually. Your prawns n quail eggs in spicy sauce looks great.
mmm.. but i think i need the fish ball to substitue quail eggs if i going to cook this, coz i have no idea where to get the quail eggs here..hehe
