This is another easy healthy Steamed Chocolate Cake. No oil is needed to make this delicious cake. It’s a quick mix recipe and takes only 20 minutes to steam 4 small cakes. The cake is soft and spongy in texture, has a hint of chocolate flavoured, so perfect for breakfast or as a quick snack.

Steamed Chocolate Cake
The cake is soft and spongy in texture and has a hint of chocolate flavoured. So perfect for breakfast or as a quick snack.
Ingredients
- 45 g dark chocolate 70%
- 45 g brown sugar
- 80 g fresh milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 60 g cake flour or plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Then place chocolate, brown sugar and milk in a pot and melt under double boiler, at low heat. (**bring pot of water to boil and turn to low heat) Stir mixture to smooth, off heat. Add vanilla extract and egg, stir well mixture again.
- Sieve flour, baking powder and cocoa powder into chocolate mixture and mix well.
- Pour chocolate batter into cupcake cases and place into steamer. Wrap lid with muslin cloth (to avoid condensation during steaming) and steam at high heat for 20 minutes.

- 超简单蒸蛋糕。只须把巧克力融化,然后与其它材料搅一搅,就能蒸出口感蓬松香甜巧克力蛋糕。赞!
- 材料:做4给小蛋糕
- 45克 黑巧克力, 70%
- 45克 黄糖
- 80克 牛奶
- 1/2茶匙 香草香精
- 1个 全蛋
- 60克 底筋或中筋面粉
- 1茶匙 泡打粉
- 1/2汤匙 可可粉
- 做法:
- 将巧克力,黄糖和牛油隔水搅拌至融化 (先把水煮开,然后转入小火)。离火,放入香精和鸡蛋,再搅至均匀。
- 筛入面粉,泡打粉和可可粉到人巧克力混合物,拌匀即可。
- .将巧克力面糊倒入4个纸杯中。用大火把水煮滚,小蛋糕放人蒸锅,锅盖包上一块干净布,以免蒸水滴入,蒸20分钟即可享用。
