This Steamed Pumpkin Pudding is one of the easiest snacks to make with only 4 ingredients without any fuss. It can be served for morning breakfast or at any time of the day. This steamed pumpkin pudding is soft and sweet with the custard-like pudding. You can either serve it warm or keep it chilled until ready to serve.

Steamed Pumpkin Pudding

This Steamed Pumpkin Pudding is one of the easiest snacks to make with only 4 ingredients without any fuss.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 mini pumpkins
  • 2 eggs
  • 130 g fresh milk
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar - or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Clean pumpkin on the outside and cut off the top. Remove pumpkin seeds with a spoon. Then steam for 15 minutes in a steamer.
  • Break eggs into a cup and gently stir together with milk and sugar, then strain through a sieve.
  • Pour egg mixture into pumpkins with lids on. Steam at high heat for another 20-30 minutes or egg custard is set.
  • Serve warm or keep chilled until ready to serve.

  1. 洗净南瓜外层,用刀切开顶部. 用勺子挖出瓜瓤, 然后放入蒸笼蒸15分钟.
  2. 鸡蛋打入杯中和牛奶及砂糖搅匀, 过滤.
  3. 倒入蛋奶液, 再蒸20-30分钟或蛋奶液凝固即可.
  4. 温热或放入冰箱冷藏, 一样好吃!
