Yoghurt Burnt Cake 酸奶焦面蛋糕

This Yoghurt Burnt Cake with burnished black top is moist and creamy in texture, melts in your mouth, soft like cheesecake. It’s healthy and delicious with very simple ingredients. No egg separation required, just mix and stir the mixture in a relatively short time. It’s baked in an air fryer for only 25 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius. For healthier choice, you may like to try this recipe instead of Basque Burnt Cheesecake (recipe here).

Yoghurt Burnt Cake

Equipment

  • Air fryer

Ingredients
 

  • 3 large eggs - room temperature
  • 70 g caster sugar
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 35 g cake flour or plain flour
  • 500 g Greek natural yoghurt - room temperature

Instructions
 

  • Mix eggs, sugar , lemon zest, lemon juice and vanilla together with a hand whisk.
  • Sieve in flour and stir well.
  • Lastly add in yoghurt, stir well again.
  • Pour batter into a 7 inch lined cake pan. Bake in an air fryer at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • Chill cake together with the cake pan in refrigerator for a few hours or till next day before serving.

酸奶焦面蛋糕 Yoghurt Burnt Cake
蛋糕很轻柔 绵密细腻 入口即化, 健康又好吃. 材料搅一搅就可以放进空气炸锅烤了.
材料:
  • 3个 大鸡蛋, 常温
  • 70克 细砂糖
  • 1粒 柠檬皮屑
  • 1/2茶匙 柠檬汁
  • 1茶匙 香草香精
  • 35克 底筋或中筋面粉
  • 500克 希腊酸奶, 常温
做法:
  1. 鸡蛋,砂糖,柠檬皮屑,柠檬汁和香精一起搅拌均匀.
  2. 筛入面粉,拌匀.
  3. 接着倒入酸奶, 再搅拌均匀即可.
  4. 最后奶糊倒入7寸蛋糕盘(盘内铺上纸). 放入空气炸锅170度烤25分钟.
  5. 蛋糕冷却后放入冰箱冷藏数小时或隔夜, 脱模享用.
