Suma: I also use non dairy topping cream. No stabilizer, just whip the cream to peak form and apply on to the cake with a palate knife. For piping just use any piping tips you like, don't have to be perfect.

The whipped cream icing looks perfect!! Do u add anything to the cream to stabilize it?? I use Rich's non-dairy topping and whip it to a stiff peak consistency, but my piping or icing is not so well defined or smooth. HELP Anncoo!!!

One more query… I love the subtle and elegant decorations on whipped cream. What tools would you recommend for decorating with whipped cream?? The stencils are a superb idea.. Do u stabilize the cream?? I love whipped cream topping, i have not tried butter cream so far..
Hi Suma, Thank you for your compliment. I never use butter cream on my cake only using fresh whipped cream and now I also use chocolate transfer too. Please take a look at my recent posts~Heatblast & Dora the explorer.
