I've tried the blueberry yoghurt chiffon cupcake and yoghurt blueberry cake. It was my first attempt. But I did it with gluten free flour because of my kids, and it turned out so great, my family loves it so much. Never have leftover. I'll surely try your other recipes with GF flour, so my kids will have the chance to taste it.
