After enjoying so many sweet mangoes lately, I still have 3 left in my refrigerator. An easy guilt free mango ice cream recipe with yogurt and honey on Instagram just crossed my mind. Sugar and whipping cream are not needed but I added some lemon juice. Also no churning in the ice cream machine is required which makes it easier for those who do not have an ice cream machine. To make this easy refreshing and full of delicious mango flavour dessert (the texture of this frozen dessert is halfway between sorbet and ice cream), you will  need to blend the frozen mangoes in a food processor within 60 seconds. So bear in mind that the mangoes have to be frozen for an hour. After that, just place the smooth and creamy mangoes in a container and freeze before serving.  Sounds so easy, right?

Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients
 

  • 450 g fresh mango - without skin
  • 180 g Greek Yogurt
  • 90 g honey
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Cut peeled mangoes into cubes and place on a parchment paper separately so that the mango cubes will not stick for easy blending. Then freeze them an hour.
  • Place frozen mango cubes in a food processor together with yogurt, honey and lemon juice, process until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour mango mixture into container and freeze until ready to serve.

芒果冰淇淋
近来吃了好多鲜甜芒果。冰箱里还剩下3个,忽然想起在社交网看见网友分享了一个非常简易的芒果冰淇淋食谱 ~ 口感在冰淇淋和雪酪之间。食材很简单,清爽美味和健康,值得大家一试~~
材料:
  • 450克 芒果肉
  • 180克 优格 (Greek 牌子)
  • 90克 蜂蜜
  • 1/2汤匙 柠檬汁
做法:
  1. 芒果肉切成丁,排在油纸上,要有一点小距离。不然黏在一起的话,冷冻后就不好搅打了。放进冰格处冷冻1个小时。
  2. 将冷冻的芒果丁,優格,蜂蜜和柠檬汁放进料理机里,搅打至顺滑即可。
  3. 芒果混合物倒入盒子收进冰格处冷冻数小时即可享用。
