If you're tired of toast, bacon, ham or cereal for morning breakfast, why not try something healthy, the Breakfast Bars! These healthy chewy bars are very easy to make and I adapted the recipe from Nigella Lawson. Really easy peasy. Just to throw in all the ingredients, mix and bake for an hour at low temperature. As I'm not a great fan of using condensed milk, I replaced it with honey and milk and just grabbed whatever leftover ingredients that I had on my pantry. A tasty and easy way to serve for breakfast or when you're in a rush or snack on in between meals.
