Why not add this hassle free Nam Yee (南乳fermented red bean curd) Baked Chicken Wings on your list too? I adapted this recipe from Anna with slight changes. I used the chicken mid joint instead and baked them in the air fryer for about 13 minutess. You can definitely use the whole chicken wing like in Anna’s post and baked in the oven at 200C for about 25 mins. The end result was delicious, fragrant with a little of tinge of honey yummy chicken wings. Great to serve this finger food to your guests too.
