Birthday Cake – Ben 10 Heatblast
Today is Seanyu’s 4th Birthday and he requested Ben 10 – Heatblast on his birthday and I’d spent two days making this 3kg cake. I made a 3 layer sponge cake and filled them with chocolate mousse and ganache cream. Then covered the cake with fresh cream. In my previous cakes, I added jelly coloured topping and this time, also my first attempt, I used dark and white (with colouring) chocolate to transfer the image on to the cake. I’m really happy with the result. Thanks to Happy Flour tips.

MySweetKitchen Treats: Sorry I just found out I forgot to answer your message. Chocolate transfer is so much easier to do than the jelly topping. Colour the image with white chocolate and then paste on the cake. That's all. (you must freeze the cake before the transferring). Before you do the cake, measure your freezer what size of the cake board does it fit.

I dont know how to do choc transfer, havent learnt that yet.. so i always do edible image which is cheating 😛 Hopefully I can do like urs one day.. more impressive! 🙂
