Yes, I am sure every mummy says the same thing like you. Nowaday kids are really smart, they requested 2 cakes for their birthday-one at home and the other one at school. Its took me 3 days to complete 2 cakes~So Tired.

What a gigantic birthday cake! You done well. It's not an easy job. By the way, I've left out one ingredient(soy bean paste) in my 'yu tou kou rou' & already added into the recipe. Wish you luck!

So envy….my daughter who just celbrated her 14th birthday on 2nd Oct got a chocolate mousse cake from my sis-in-law , she bought it from four leaves bakery… quite nice , it will be even better if I can bake one for her too ๐Ÿ™
