Your cupcakes look adorable in those pretty paper wrappers! I love the cheddar here. The only time I have ever used cheddar in a sweet dish was with apples, and that was lovely. I'm wondering if some chopped apples would work in these cupcakes too…

Ann, the cupcakes look so yummy and the cases so pretty and colorful.
I just tried this but I used the normal cupcakes paper n it overflow. But it’s a keeper. So easy , fast & yummmy. Yes, I used 90g cheddar cheese. & also placed some more on top
Hi Milda, Thank you for trying the recipe. You can add the batter into the cupcake paper to 3/4 full the next time.
Thanks for replying Ann. I should have used a bigger cupcake paper. I printed your recipe part only & have forgotten abt what kind of wrapper you were using. Its so sedap! Ya, will remember to fill only 3/4 next time. If I were to put toppings, what flavour would you recommend. hahaha, a beginner here in cupcakes deco.
Personally I think this is good enough but you can add some bacon bits since the muffin is a bit savory type or some raisins.
Hi Ann, I am going to bake this tomorrow and if i do not have SF flour…how much baking powder and salt to add to cake flour?thanks in advance.
Thanks sweet Ann for your prompt reply. Wish me success 😉
Hi Wendy, Thank you for your compliment. :DThis recipe is a very simple method, just follow tutorial. Throw in every ingredients accordingly. For cake flour, you can add 3/4 baking powder and a pinch of salt.Happy Baking!
