12 Large chicken wings (about 1.2kg)
2 1/2 tbsp Prawn paste(虾酱)
1 tbsp Sugar
a little cha shao fen(叉烧粉）
3 tbsp Rice flour（粘米粉）
1 tbsp Plain flour（面粉）
Mix chicken wings with prawn paste, sugar and egg together with little cha shao fen (叉烧粉).
Mix well and put in fridge till overnight.
Add rice flour and plain flour into chicken wings and season for another 30 mins before deep frying.
Deep fry till golden brown or cooked.
