Steamed Roasted Pork with Prawn Paste(蒸虾酱烧肉)
Ingredients:
300g Roasted pork (cut to bite size)
200ml Water
2 1/2 tsp Prawn Paste
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
1/2 tsp Cooking wine
dash of pepper
shredded ginger and chilli
Method:
Cut roasted pork to bite size and lay neatly in bowl.
In another bowl add all seasoning together, mix well and add into the roasted pork.
Add some shredded ginger and chilli on top.
Steam at high fire for about 30 mins.
can prepare this dish ahead and put in fridge first.
Learned this homemade dish from my Hong Kong friend.
I have seen this dish using belly pork but you used roasted pork, it must be even more tasty.
