This Easy Red Bean Jelly is made from the leftover red bean paste that I made for mooncakes recently. The jelly ingredients are very simple with only water and agar agar powder. I’ve actually adapted the recipe from Ochikeron’s blog Create Eat Happy with some adjustment in the water. The jelly is a bit firm after chilled maybe due to the reason of high oil content in the red bean paste. Nonetheless, it is really yummy with perfect sweetness and perfect to serve for anytime of the day.

Ingredients
- 400g Red bean paste
- 500ml Water
- 2 tsp Agar agar powder
Instructions
- Mix water and agar agar powder in a pot. Bring to bring at medium heat for one minutes, stirring with a hand whisk constantly.
- Remove pot from heat and add red bean paste and mix well till smooth.
- Pour into desire mould and cool in the refrigerator until firm.

- 材料:
- 400克 红豆馅 (我是用中秋节剩下的红豆馅)
- 500毫升 水
- 2茶匙 菜燕粉
- 做法:
- 将水和菜燕粉一起放进锅中。用中火煮至滚,用打蛋器不停的搅拌越一分钟。
- 熄火,加入红豆馅搅拌至均匀及滑。
- 倒入模子,冷藏红豆糕至凝固即可享用。
