Grape Konnyaku Jelly 青提果冻
This healthy and delicious grape jelly is a refreshing fruity dessert made from scratch. It is a very simple recipe using konnyaku powder and little agar agar powder. This grape jelly is light but in springy texture (QQ texture) and not too sweet. So perfect for the hot and humid weather.

Grape Konnyaku Jelly
Ingredients
- 30 green grapes - or more
- 600 g water
- 1/4 tsp matcha powder - optional
- 85 g caster sugar
- 3/4 tsp konnyaku powder
- 1/4 tsp agar agar powder
Clear Jelly
- 300 g water
- 60 g caster sugar
- 1/2 tsp konnyaku powder
- 1/8 tsp agar agar powder
Instructions
- Rinse grapes and tear out the skin by cutting a cross over the grape.
- Boil 600g water with grape skin at medium heat for about 2minutes, add matcha powder, stir well and strain out 400ml grape liquid.
- Boil 400ml grape liquid with sugar, agar agar powder and konnyaku powder. Keep stirring mixture constantly for 2 minutes at medium low heat
- Pour grape liquid into serving cup half full and leave to set.
- Boil clear jelly at medium low heat for 2 minutes, keep stirring constantly. Then place a few grapes on top and gently pour the hot clear jelly liquid over it.
- Leave jellies to cool and set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or when ready to serve.

- 青提果冻 Grape Konnyaku Jelly
- 冰冰凉凉的青提 (青葡萄)果冻有种透心凉的感觉,果冻很Q弹,做法简单,健康又好吃!
- 材料:
- 30粒 青提 (青葡萄)或适量
- 600克 水
- 1/4茶匙 抹茶粉, 可不放
- 85克 细砂糖
- 3/4茶匙 果冻粉
- 1/4茶匙 菜燕粉
- 上层果冻
- 300克 水
- 60克 细砂糖
- 1/2茶匙 果冻粉
- 1/8茶匙 菜燕粉
- 将青提冲洗净,青提打上十字花刀,撕开果皮。
- 果皮和600克清水放入锅中,中火煮开约2分钟,加入抹茶粉搅拌均匀。然后过滤出400克青提水。
- 锅中倒入400克青提水,砂糖,菜燕粉及果冻粉,开中小火烧开青提水,不停搅拌约2分钟即可。
- 将青提液倒入杯子约半分满,待凉至凝固。
- 煮上层果冻 – 小锅中放入清水,砂糖,菜燕粉及果冻粉,开中小火,不停搅拌约2分钟液体即可熄火。青提放入杯中,然后倒上热液体即可。
- 果冻待凉后放入冰箱冷藏最少两个小时至凝固便可享用。
