Hi Ann, I have a general question regarding cupcakes….my cupcakes are always very sticky on top after they had cooled down. I am very sure they are completely baked before removing them from the oven. I had tried many ways e.g let them cool in tray for a while before removing to rack to cool completely, to remove immediately from muffin tray once they are out of oven and to tilt the cupcakes sideways to cool in the muffin tray….. Please help. Thanks!
You can move the tray of cupcakes in the oven to higher rack to bake for another 2-3 minutes if you always encounter the same problem.
You're welcome~Mamatkamal 🙂
