Puff Pastry ~Almond Biscuits
I bought two packet ready made puff pastry last week and made this easiest and quickest snack without using rolling pin and you don’t have to refer to any recipe too. Just a little effort and you get this light and crispy Almond Biscuits.
Kitchen note:
Thaw the pastry overnight in the fridge so it will not be that wet & sticky compare to thaw it on the counter top.
Lightly dust work surface with flour. Lay the puff pastry on top and again dust some flour on pastry sheet.
Prick the pastry sheet all over with a fork, if you don’t want the pastry to puff so dramatically.
Shirley: hehee..this is lazy method.Mary: Thank for stopping by. I think you need more rest after the long trip. Take care!Thank you Zurin, for your compliments.BeeBee: I made 4 sheets of puff pastry already a lot ;DSushma: Thanks!

Hi Friends, So glad that all of you enjoyed this post. Hope all of you try to make this soon ;)Lilian: I bought this from Phoon Huat.Wiffy: This is quite easy to handle. For this brand there is a plastic sheet below~~ just carefully lift the pastry together with the plastic sheet provided you're not going to roll the pastry dough otherwise you need to dust some flour on the work surface. Click on the picture you can still see the blue plastic sheet below the pastry.

I like this kind of almond puff pastry a lot but I think it's quite pricey. With your simple recipe I think I can made it myself, save $$. Haha…btw I always can't find ready-made puff pastry in the supermarket, think I need to make a trip to Phoon Huat to get it.
