What a fantastic food hall, so many exotic treats! There is a place like this in london, but to be honest, I dont really know much about how to prepare many of the items. Its lovely to browse though.

Hmm I was there last Saturday and was amazed at the food being sold/displayed. I was particularly eyeing the ice cream stall .. the "mau sang wong" (not sure of the spelling) ice-cream.

Wow! Your pictures are awesome. You definitely don't need the words with photos this wonderful. I love all the food but the cakes are my favourite. They all look so lovely and tempting.

Whah….beautiful pictures! Takashimaya is always one place that I want to visit if I go to Singapore again. There are so many interesting Japanese stuff there. I really hope to visit S'pore again…to see you too 😀

Ann, you are making me miss Singapore and Malaysia and the delicious food I tasted recently. Takashimaya is one of my favorites along Orchard. I can almost feel the excitement of the place again looking at your pictures. Hopefully I can visit again sometime. Thank you so much for your hospitality 🙂

Jess: I tried the Tofu Cake, only 3 flavour available ~mango, avocado and durian. I think durian is the best…so cooling and refreshing 🙂
There is a store selling oat roll cake~this is good, very soft and spongy. Also bought some crackers, Japanese Mo-chi and kimchi…hehee…and I forgot to buy the Hokkaido Cake *.*
BeeBee: There are so many stores selling desserts this time. Must try when you are there!
