Walnut Coffee Cookies 核桃咖啡曲奇

walnut coffee cookies

Chinese New Year is only 2 days away. As always I baked pineapple tarts and cornflake cookies which are the ‘must have’ each year. I had tried and shared a few new recipes of Chinese New Year Goodies on my blog this year and these easy Walnut coffee Cookies are my last batch of bakes for the holidays. I used all the leftover chocolate chips and walnuts in my pantry to make these easy and crunchy cookies. The combination of chocolate chips, walnuts and some coffee paste developed a perfect flavour and wonderfully sweet fragrance and made me have a few in a go with a cup of hot coffee.

Walnut Coffee Cookies

Wishing everyone a very Happy Chinese New Year, Good Health, Good Luck and Much Happiness throughout the year.
祝大家新年快乐,身体健康,阖家幸福、万事如意!!
