I made these cute Madeleines based on the cookbook 優格点甜点厨房（Yoghurt Dessert Kitchen). The recipe is quite easy to follow without using the cake mixer and can be done within 15 minutes minus the baking time. These Madeleines are a bit on a dry side but the texture was soft because of yoghurt added and had a slight fragrance of honey. They tastes better the next day, just store them in an airtight container in room temperature. Good to go with a cuppa of coffee.
