I made these Mango and Pistachio Friands on a lazy afternoon. Friands are super easy to make and are healthy too. Just spend a good 15 minutes or less to do the mixing and you’re ready to push the friand pan into the oven. Really yummy with the mango slices on top and very fragrant with the sweet smell of the grounded pistachios. Due to the small recipe I only managed to get 4 pieces of Friands and we polished them off over a cup of coffee.
